RFB ERO LIB #25-F-3-23/24 - Exhibit Booth for Aging- Senior Expo

The Carroll County Bureau of Aging holds the Seniors on the Go Expo annually. This expo is a wonderful, fun way for older adults, people with disabilities, Veterans, and their caregivers to discover what is available in their communities. Everyone will find something interesting to do as activities include various screenings and assessments for healthy living, community programs and fitness demonstrations, three informational seminars, and an assortment of businesses and agencies. The Bureau of Aging & Disabilities (BOAD) an agency of the Department of Citizen Services is requesting bids from interested firms to provide 8 x 10 booths at the Seniors on the Go Expo to be held September 12, 2024, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Shipley Arena located at the Carroll County Agriculture (Ag) Center, 706 Agricultural Center Dr, Westminster, MD 21157. Setup will be on September 10, 2024, 9:00 am to 5:00pm. There will be approximately one hundred twenty (120) to one hundred fifty (150) booths required. Other draped areas are needed as well (see detail under Scope of Work).
