RFB ERO LIB #78-F-2-23/24 - Elevator and Lift Inspections and Repairs

The Carroll County Bureau of Facilities is currently seeking bids for the maintenance of the elevators and chair lifts in various County Buildings. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the maintenance and repair of all elevators and chair lifts as per the specifications provided herein. These elevators shall be inspected, tested, maintained, and upgraded in accordance with the requirements of the State of Maryland, Department of Labor, and Industry and A.S.M.E. A17.1 - 1991 A Elevator Code@ requirements. The Contractor shall maintain all elevators in a safe and proper operating condition, adjust, lubricate, repair, or replace worn or broken components. The Contractor shall respond to maintenance and emergency calls in the time frames specified.
