The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Bureau of Utilities, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to construct improvements to the Hampstead Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 4455 North Woods Trail, Hampstead MD 21074 Be advised that this project is subject to accelerated advertising, bid date, and award of contract time parameters. The 90% plans and specifications are being advertised in advance of the finalized and sealed documents to provide as much review time and bid preparation time as possible to interested Contractors. Significant changes are not anticipated between the 90% plans and specifications and the 100% construction ready plans and specifications. 100% plans and specifications are now available.
