RFB ERO LIB #11-F-1-25/26 - Carroll Community College - Systemic Renovations - Central Plant Renovations

The County Commissioners of Carroll County (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) are inviting qualified HVAC Contractors to submit bids for construction services for renovations to the central plant equipment to include the removal and replacement of the boiler and chiller systems to provide heating and cooling to the campus buildings. Carroll Community College is located at 1601 Washington Road, Westminster, MD 21157. Design drawings and specifications have been prepared by the firm Henry Adams Consulting Engineers and are 100% complete. This solicitation is being issued through the public bid process administered by the Carroll County Office of Procurement.
