This specificationis intended to describe, generally, Certified Non-Proprietary Renovations to one (1) Certified Non-Proprietary borehole hydraulic passenger elevator located at the Carroll County Citizen Services Building, 10 Distillery Drive, Westminster, Maryland 21157. In all instances where a device or a part of the equipment is referred to in the singular number, it is intended that such reference shall apply to as many such devices as are required to complete the installation.
