RFB ERO LIB #80-F-4-25/26 - 2026 Pipe Culvert Repairs/Replacements

The project consists of: The installation, repair, and replacement of pipe culverts; and all incidental work as indicated in the Specifications, or the Special Provisions, on selected roadways from the County’s 2026 paving contracts. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. Bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the Project. Pre-qualification forms shall be submitted to the Division of Engineering a minimum of fifteen (15) days before bid opening.
