This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The WHFRTC CHP Drainage Repairs Project includes the following major work items: 1.)        Demolition a.        Shoring of all existing framing. b.        Removal of wood posts from grade level up to 3. Complete removal of each post foundation. 2.)        Structural Repairs a.        Provide a helical pier a minimum of 5 into undisturbed soil and 2 into new concrete foundation. b.        Provide new concrete pier at each column matching the depth of the removed foundation and extending 3 above the existing final grade c.        Provide Simpson post base at the base of the remaining existing wood post that must be installed at the same time as the concrete pier
