This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to repair and replace asphalt pavement damaged from recent storm events. The Work consists of unclassified excavation to include earthwork, grading, export and/or import and placement of material as required, removal and proper disposal of damaged asphalt pavement and other deleterious materials, restoration of roadway and shoulder grade, furnishing and installation of aggregate base and new asphalt pavement, removal and replacement of affected striping and markings, and all appurtenant work related to a project of this type. The Work shall include all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the project as described in these Contract Documents and Specifications complete and in place and fully functional and operational.


MEETINGMANDATORY PRE-BID FIELD MEETING will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 for this project. All interested contractors shall meet Marc Morales at the City Hall located at 9700 Seventh Avenue, City of Hesperia.


All questions related to this project MUST BE SUBMITTED prior to 5:00 p.m. on February 18, 2026 via the PUBLIC | PURCHASE online bidding platform. Questions submitted after the deadline will not receive a response.
