Project Description

• The Quinault Public Works Division is hosting a spring community clean up event in

Taholah on March 25, 2026. We are soliciting bids for a contractor to cook lunch for

up to 200 people at the Taholah Community Center. Lunch will need to be ready to

serve by 11:00 AM. Menu is Indian Taco w/works (Cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato,

sour cream and salsa)

Scope of Work

• Meet Community Center Superintendent for pre and post walk through

• Shop for food and supplies (we will provide to-go containers, utensils and napkins),

PO for Swansons will be provided in advance.

• Prep, Cook and serve lunch for 200 people. Menu is Indian Taco w/works (Cheese,

lettuce, onion, tomato, sour cream and salsa)

• Set up of dining hall area (tables and chairs)

• Clean up of kitchen and dining hall after event in accordance with rental check off

list (put tables and chairs away, sweeping, mopping, restrooms, and removing all

trash.)

Must be included in bid:

• Food Handlers Permit

• QIN Business License

• W9

• Total cost for scope of work

Indian Contractor Preference:

Preference will be given to Indian contractors. Please specify in the proposal if the bidders

are Quinault with enrollment number, Supporting Quinault, other Indian or Non-Tribal.
