REQUEST FOR BIDS

2025 CONSTRUCTION RENTAL EQUIPMENT WITH AN OPERATOR

Glenn County is soliciting sealed Bids for Construction Equipment WITH an Operator (Contractor) to provide construction rental equipment, with an operator, for use by the County for maintenance projects on County roadways and property throughout Glenn County on an as-needed basis. The County intends to enter into multiple task order contracts for road maintenance rental equipment WITH an Operator for a term ending December 31, 2026.

• RFP: 2025 CONSTRUCTION RENTAL EQUIPMENT WITH AN OPERATOR

Sealed Bids shall be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 05, 2025 at 777 North Colusa Street, Willows, CA 95988. All documents required to be submitted with the Bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope. The envelope shall be addressed to the Glenn County Public Works Agency and shall be identified with the Project name (Construction Rental Equipment WITH an Operator), the Bidder's name, the Bidder’s Department of Industrial Relations number, and address. If the Bid is sent by mail, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope with the notation "SEALED BID ENCLOSED" on the face thereof. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid forms included in the Specifications.

The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all bids or select the Bid which is, in its opinion, the lowest responsive bid of a responsible bidder and that which it deems in the best interest of the COUNTY to accept. The COUNTY also reserves the right to waive any informalities not material to cost or performance in any Proposal or bid.
