Requestfor Bids – RFB 2025-001, Clay Ave. and South 4 ^th St. SidewalkImprovements Sealed Bids will beaccepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4 ^th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 30, 2025. This combined City of Waco andTxDOT project is a Sidewalk improvementsproject that will generally consists of concrete sidewalks, ADA Ramps, andSafety Lighting along Clay Ave. and 4 ^th Street.
