Request for Bids – RFB 2025-043, ChapelRoad Widening Improvements. Sealed Bids will beaccepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4 ^th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday July 16, 2025. The project consistsof widening and reconstructing Chapel Road from Ritchie Road to Meadow MountainDrive. The work will provide a 5-lane roadway section, including 2 lanes inboth directions, curb and gutter drainage improvements, relocations of waterand wastewater utilities, traffic and erosion control plans, signage, striping,and sidewalks.
