RFB - Carpet Replacement

The County of Siskiyou Health and Human Services Agency - Social Services Divison (HHSA-SSD) is looking for a licensed and qualified carpet installer to provide and replace the carpet of the north wing of the first floor at 2060 Campus Drive, Yreka, CA 96097. The existing carpet needs to be removed and disposed of and new carpet installed. The area that needs replacing is highlighted in Attachment A; the approximate square footage is 3,600. We would like carpet tiles similar to the quality of Shaw Hook Up carpet tiles. The color and pattern can be discussed at a later date.

Bid Opening Date: March 10, 2025, at 1312 Fairlane Road, Yreka, CA 96097

Bid Close Date: March 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM

Q&A period: March 20, 2025, to March 24, 2025.  Responses will be posted March 25, 2005.

Pre-Bid Walk-Through: On March 19, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., a pre-bid walk-through will take place at 2060 Campus Drive for all prospective bidders. This walk-through is mandatory. If a representative from your company has not signed the sign-in sheet, your bid will not be accepted.

Notice is hereby given that the HHSA-SSD of Siskiyou County, California will receive bids for Carpet Replacement on March 28, 2025, before 5:00 PM at 1312 Fairlane Road, Yreka, CA 96097 or submitted electronically to Lindsay Parker at RFP_RFB_Submissions@co.siskiyou.ca.us
