The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Commissioner ("Department"), on behalf of the New Hampshire Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB), is seeking responses to this Request for Applications ("Solicitation" or "RFA") from a qualified Vendor to provide research, analytical and consultation services to help develop a process and methodology for examining annual prescription drug spending and formulating spending targets on specific prescription drugs for New Hampshire public payers to increase affordable access to high-cost prescription drugs.
