Division of Public Health Services
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Applications (solicitation) from qualified Vendors, including individuals or organizations, to provide program evaluation support for the Department’s work on the Centers for Disease and Control’s Overdose Data to Action in States Grant (OD2A-S).
