RFA-2027-DPH-01-REGIO: Regional Public Health Networks
Division of Public Health
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Applications ("Solicitation" or "RFA") from qualified and experienced Vendors to provide a broad range of public health services within one (1) or more of the State’s thirteen (13) designated Regional Public Health Networks, for the following Department programs:
- Substance Misuse Prevention
- Continuum of Care (CoC) Facilitation
- Overdose Prevention Response
- Public Health Advisory Council (PHAC)
- Public Health Emergency Preparedness
