Division of Behavioral Health
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Division for Behavioral Health ( "Department") is seeking responses to this Request for Applications ("Solicitation" or "RFA") from qualified Vendors to implement and operationalize a single point of entry, referred to as a Doorway, for residents of, or individuals experiencing homelessness in, New Hampshire who are seeking access to substance use related care, services, and supports.
