Justification for sole/single-source acquisition:
Rexel USA, Inc. is the only distributor authorized by Rockwell Automation to sell Allen-Bradley
and Rockwell Software products, along with related services, including technical support
contracts as well as training. Deviation from like-for-like replacements would require
purchasing all new software and integration that would work on the current telemetry system.
Prospective suppliers shall provide information regarding their ability to supply the
commodities or contractual services listed above to Rita Cooper, Buyer at Rcooper@port-
