Revocable License for the Operation of the Bayberry Hills Golf Course Restaurant Concession

The Town of Yarmouth, through its Town Administrator, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the operation of the Food and Beverage Concession at the Bayberry Hills Golf Course under a revocable license agreement as detailed in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents.Â

The License term will begin approximately April 1, 2026, and extend through December 31, 2028, for a total of three (3) consecutive seasons, with up to two (2) one-year extensions at the sole discretion of the Town.

The RFP documents can be viewed and downloaded online at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx starting from 11:00 am on August 26, 2025.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, Uniform Procurement Act, Section 6, and all contracts must be awarded strictly in accordance with the requirements of this Act. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request.

Responses are due September 24, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the Office of the Town Administrator at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA. All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, and received before the deadline.
