Description:

READVERTISEMENT- USC seeks to contract with a private developer to lease the Rutledge Building. The building and property, owned by the University, will be made available through a negotiated long-term ground-lease. The Tenant shall design, construct, finance, operate, and maintain a repurposed Rutledge Building that will be adapted for residential occupancy. Small and Minority participation is strongly encouraged.
