2026 Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane Replacement RFP

The Village of Western Springs, Illinois is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified firms to submit responsive proposals to provide and replace Reserve Osmosis Membranes for Water Treatment Equipment. The full RFP is available at www.wsprings.com/bids .

The Proposals must be received at the Office of the Village Clerk, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois 60558, no later than 10:00 A.M. December 4, 2025. The Proposals may be submitted by mail, delivery service, or in person. Faxed or emailed Proposals will not be accepted. In-person deliveries will only be accepted at Village Hall during the Village’s current hours of operation.  Any proposal received after the submittal deadline closing time and date will not be considered.
