Summary Details
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit submissions from qualified Consultants to provide recommendations on the appropriate retrofit programming model tailored for the RDOS and City of Penticton, who will co-implement the retrofit program. The study shall address barriers in the residential retrofit sector.
