This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Vendors are not required to bid all requested truck units within a county to be considered for award. The per truck amount will be divided and paid monthly during the snow season Nov - April. Bids in excess of $25,000.00 for trucks model year 2015 and older may be considered excessive and may not be considered for award of Master Agreement. Bids in excess of $40,000.00 for trucks model year 2016 and newer may be considered excessive and may not be considered for award of Master Agreement. KYTC reserves the right to award fewer than the number of requested trucks in order to remain within target budget levels established by the State Highway Engineer.
