U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requires 1,040 each Retirement Plaques. Plaques shall be 11x14 solid cherry wood finish with gold plate and agency-specific medallion. The gold plate is a 3” die struck brass seal surrounded by brass ring and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seal. See the attached Request for Quote, SF 1449 for complete terms and conditions, and picture. Substitutions are not acceptable. The Government may purchase 10% more or less quantity than 1,040 each, depending on the selected quote price and the Government's available budget. Contractors shall identify if quantity discount pricing applies. Interested bidders shall complete the SF 1449 form and include any commercial terms and conditions. Evaluation of bids will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation methodology.
