The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, West Palm Beach VAMC intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order with a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) source, Bravo, Inc., 1811 S.E. 5th Ave., Cape Coral, FL 33990. The procurement is for a commercial retinal camera at the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339112. Offeror is capable of providing these goods or services and is registered in VETBIZ. This procurement will be made under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. 8127 and implemented under VAAR 819.7007. IAW VAAR 819.7007(b), sole source awards to SDVOSB concerns, the Contracting Officer s determination whether to make a sole source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
