The City operates under a decentralized procurement system; individual Departments are responsible for purchasing those goods and services required to perform their functions. The City is accepting proposals from qualified Professionals to perform an economic analysis of the near-term City of Gaithersburg retail and multifamily residential markets, including demand; assess those employment sectors identified in the CITY OF GAITHERSBURG: Visioning Exercise Data Analysis that continue to exhibit growth potential to 2040; and identify the potential residential rental and commercial needs of the City in light of the Metropolitan Washington Council, of Governments (MWCOG) Round 10 cooperative forecast and the City’s development pipeline.

The City’s total budget for the work to be performed under this contract is not to exceed $50,000.

All Bids must be a fixed price.
