| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
• Must have completed and achieved Substantial Performance within the meaning of the Construction Act, on at least three (3) projects with contract values greater than five hundred thousand Canadian Dollars $500,000 (excluding taxes) each, within the past six (6) years fulfilling the role of the prime Contractor involving
each of the following three (3) project types: I. Minimum of one (1) Concrete Topping Replacement Project. II. Minimum of one (1) Electrical Replacement Project III. Minimum of one (1) additional General Waste Facility Project. • Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) certification, as per Part 4 Form B Section 3 requirements. |
