1. Revisions to Project Manual

1.1 The following revisions are hereby added as Addendum No. 1 to the referenced Project Manual and

Plans and shall be considered when preparing bids.

1.2 Bid opening has been postponed. Sealed bids will be opened on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.

2. Acknowledgement of Receipt

2.1 Receipt of Addendum No. 1 shall be acknowledged in two ways:

2.1.1 Note on (EJCDC C-410) page 3 of Bid Form of the Project Manual ? Bidder acknowledges

receipt of “Addendum No. 1” and date of “April 23, 2025”.

2.1.2 EMAIL Goodwyn Mills Cawood LLC. immediately at ashley.morris@gmcnetwork.com with

signed transmittal acknowledging that Addendum has been received and is legible.

3. Conclusion

3.1 This is the end of Addendum Number 1, dated Wednesday, April 23, 2025, 2025.
