RESURFACING PARKING LOT & STREET-GICC

The City of College Park (City) is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to provide resurfacing and restriping services for approximately 2,000 parking spaces (standard parking size space) and associated roadway segments at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC) campus. 18.7 Acres (90,508 SY)

The project includes milling 1.5 inches of existing pavement to restore proper grade and/or transverse slope, followed by placement of a 1.5-inch 9.5 mm Superpave topping material with lime.
