The intent to solicit bids for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to patch, level, mill and resurface the pavement of streets owned by the City of Manchester. the specific streets included in this work include, Hill Street (1.04 mile) Kennedy Blvd (.52 mile) and Wrightsville Rd (1.05 mile) Total 2.61 miles
