The Work under this Project consists of the milling and paving of 10 streets in the Town of South Boston with all associated work including, but not limited to, milling of existing surface layers, full depth pavement patching, adjusting grades on drainage/utility structures, and pavement markings. All Work will be completed in accordance with the Hampton Roads Regional Construction Standards, which incorporates the VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications.
