NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids for road construction for the Resurfacing of Dutch Neck Road and Dorchester Drive will be received by the East Windsor Township Municipal Clerk’s Office on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, at the East Windsor Municipal Building, 16 Lanning Boulevard, East Windsor, at which time sealed bids will be opened and read in public.

Specifications and bid forms are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and can be obtained by prospective bidders during regular business hours – 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by contacting the Municipal Clerk’s Office at (609) 443-4000, ext. 437, or via email at clerk@east-windsor.nj.us.

Bids are being solicited through a competitive bid process in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.
