ITEM 1:
QUESTION/ANSWER
Q1. Bisset Park & Englewood East Park have cathedral ceilings over 10'6" tall at the partition locations. GC Herring
Park has an 8' ceiling with light fixtures in the way of partitions running to the ceiling. Just to clarify, all restroom
partitions will be 7' tall instead of floor to ceiling at Bissett Park, Englewood East Park, & GC Herring Park?
A1. Wall mount and rail is acceptable for open ceilings.
Q2. GC Herring Park has two (2) vanities made from the same solid surface material as the partition walls. Are we
reconstructing two (2) vanities as the same solid surface material as the new partition walls?
A2. Vanities will not be installed. The existing formica-type vanities are to be removed and replaced with sinks that are specified
in the table.
Q3. Bissett Park - There are two (2) damaged gable end louver vents. Are we to repair those prior to paint?
A3. No.
Q4. Bissett Park - The T1-11 siding on the back of the building is damaged/ rotted. Are we replacing siding?
A4. No.
Q5. Bissett Park - The T1-11 siding has large voids above the storage room door on the exterior. Are we reworking
the siding or adding trim to cover these voids prior to paint?
A5. No.
