Bidders are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the documents. The intent is to add to, modify, or
clarify the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid.
These items have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.
ITEM 1: CLARIFICATION
Q1. Question 17 on Addendum #3 needs further clarification. The bid document does not list installing doors for
Maracaibo. The notes say to frame the entryways to accommodate doorways, but installing doors is not specifically
listed.
A1. The note for Maracaibo should also include the following:
Install one (1) self-closing exterior door to each restroom (Men's and Women's). Paint both sides of doors with Danube SW-
6803.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260346.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
