Q1. I wanted to confirm the pre-bid meeting location and time. The time in the document says March 20th at 2:30AM,
assuming it was supposed to say 2:30PM for that day? Also, can you advise where the conference room is located?
A1. The Pre-Bid Conference time was listed as 2:30 a.m. It should be 2:30 p.m. as shown below:

The Purchasing Division Conference Room is located at 18500 Murdock Circle, Suite 344, Port Charlotte, FL 33948.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260346.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
