A) Purpose and Description of Services
1. Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, disposal, travel, and incidentals to provide upgrades, repairs, and remodels to one (1) main men¿s restroom/shower areas, one (1) main women¿s restroom/shower area, one (1) men¿s locker restroom, one (1) women¿s locker restroom, and one (1) general locker restroom/shower to Caltrans in Orange County.
2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
