Restroom Partition Replacement at Hidden Valley Park

Hidden Valley Park is a sports complex located at 6500 NW Valley View Dr. The park has multiple facilities throughout the park that are aging rapidly. The City of Blue Springs is accepting bids to reinstall all new floor to ceiling solid plastic bathroom partitions at the following restroom facilities: Soccer Complex, Football/Playground location, Baseball Complex, and two locations at the Softball Complex.

Demolition of current partitions will be removed by the City at each building. Alternate bid options also included by bidding on floor mounted overhead braced partitions along with extras such as mirrors and hand dryers.

A mandatory pre-bid appointment will be required to meet with the Superintendent of Parks, Derek Mayden, before the bid can be turned in. This appointment will need to be made by phone at 816-228-0222 and on-site meetings will be scheduled between October 14th-25th . Appointments will not be made before or after these dates and an on-site visit MUST be made before bidding this project.
