Subject: Request for Proposal for RESTORE Rehabilitation Project

Overview: PRIDE of Ticonderoga is soliciting bids for our next RESTORE rehabilitation project, aimed at improving living conditions for low to moderate-income and senior families in our community. These projects align with our mission to enhance the quality of life for families in the North Country.

Project Details: The RESTORE project involves rehabilitation and renovation work including:

• Bathroom renovation
• Hot water tank replacement
• GFCI upgrades
• Smoke/CO2 combo alarms installation

Bid Submission Deadline: Bids will be accepted until March 29th, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. (noon). Please submit bids via email to admin@prideofticonderoga.org or reply to this email.

Bid Evaluation and Award: Bid awards will be announced no later than April 1st, 2024, at 12:00 P.M.

Submission Requirements: To participate, please provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs for labor and materials for each project segment. The winning contractor must provide PRIDE of Ticonderoga with their current Liability Insurance, Worker's Compensation, and Lead Renovators certification upon being awarded the bid.
