The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from qualified consultants to perform lake-specific restoration studies for Lakes Apopka and Jesup (the “Work”). The studies must include, but are not limited to, options to remove or mitigate nutrients and invasive species and explore the impacts of raising the average lake level and/or increasing the depth in some or all areas of the lakes.
