Responses to Questions received regarding Trauma Informed Care in Detention RFP JUV-27-CB-08-003:
1. Is there an anticipated budget or maximum funding amount associated with this RFP? If so, can
that be shared to guide proposal development?
Q1 Answer: The annual maximum ceiling amount is anticipated to be approximately
$140,000.00 across all three Judicial Districts participating in any resulting contracts (D1, D7,
D8).
2. Will an organization be disqualified or evaluated lower for proposing to handle the contract
primarily through virtual engagement?
Q2 Answer: Respondents would not be disqualified for proposing virtual delivery method;
however, the preferred delivery method is in-person sessions with request for exception
approval for the use of limited virtual sessions in emergency situations as agreed upon by
referring JCS District and Successful Respondent.
