INVITATION TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals for Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for
Resource Recovery Services for the County of Camden will be received, opened and
read in public at the Camden County Courthouse (City Hall)- 1st Floor Lobby, 520
Market Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102 on Tuesday August 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
prevailing time by the Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee.
Copies of the proposal documents must be obtained by registering and downloading
all documents from the Camden County website:
http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/
It is recommended that each proposal be sent by U.S. Mail to the Camden County Division
of Purchasing, Courthouse 6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand-
delivered, proposals must be left in the bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance of the
Courthouse at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Bin access is M-F, 8:30 AM to 4:00
PM only. The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or
delivery service causing the proposal to be received at the Division of Purchasing later
than the above-reference scheduled opening. Proposals may not be emailed or faxed.
Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference to be
held on Monday July 27, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Camden County Environmental Center,
Department of Parks, 1301 Park Boulevard, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.
Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C.
17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31.
All Proposers are responsible for obtaining complete RFQ documentation from the
County at the web-site address listed above. In the event of any inconsistencies between
this advertisement, as published, and the RFQ documentation, the RFQ documentation
shall control.
