Resoliciting for IFB No. 127199 Road Maintenance and Striping, Camp Roberts

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide road maintenance for Camp Roberts, including cleaning, crack sealing, rejuvenation, striping, and markers; comply with all codes and CA prevailing wage; complete within 120 days, including permits and site verification. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Manager listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 127199, Road Maintenance and Striping and Contractor Business Name.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type A - General Engineering Contractor, a C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor or a C-32 - Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Sergey Kinchak at Sergey.Kinchak@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 5/15/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 127199.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 5/22/2026 at 2:15 PM.
