Residential Solid Waste Collection, Recycling and Disposal Services in the Willow Knoll Development and at Various Township Facilities

Project Description: Bids will be accepted for Residential Solid Waste Collection, Recycling and Disposal Services in the Willow Knoll Development and at Various Township Facilities. Bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 10:30 AM EST.
Bids will be opened in person at the Warrington Township Administration Building on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST.
The contract will be for a two (2) year period with the option to extend the contract for three (3) successive one -year periods. The Contract will commence on March 1st, 2025 and end on February 28th, 2027 with potential extensions until February 29, 2028, February 28, 2029, and February 28, 2030, respectively.
Bid packets may be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price but not more than $300,000. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond as listed in the Specifications within ten (10) days of the contract award. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and/or all bid proposals.
