Project Description: The City of Chester, PA is seeking a qualified waste management company to provide safe, efficient, Refuse AND Recyclables Collection for ~9,900 residential customers from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030 (5 year term) with the possibility to extend for Year 2031 and for Year 2032.

This project is expected to be awarded by Q325 with a 1/1/2026 start date (Notice to Proceed).
Bidders must be licensed, insured (with minimum thresholds), and bonded.
Bidders are asked to explore the streets of Chester to acquaint themselves with the community, the alleys, narrow streets, the direction of streets, etc., before bidding.
