Description
Dakota County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to research our recycling and organics (food scraps) messaging. This includes terms, images and resources. The objectives of the project are to:

Test our existing recycling messaging on the public

Gather baseline data on our organics (food scraps) collection messaging in preparation for the rollout of curbside organics recycling

Develop recommendations to standardize messaging that helps resonate with all residents
