The Town of Hartford is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified companies to provide every other week (bi-weekly) collection of residential recyclable materials in accordance with Vermont's Universal Recycling Law (Act 148), with the exception of leaf and yard debris and food scraps. Â The Town is soliciting proposals for three (3) and five (5) year service periods.
