The Town of Hartford is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified companies to provide every other week (bi-weekly) collection of residential recyclable materials in accordance with Vermont's Universal Recycling Law (Act 148), with the exception of leaf and yard debris and food scraps.  The Town is soliciting proposals for three (3) and five (5) year service periods.
