The Town of West Hartford is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents to provide a reappraisal and revaluation of all residential real property in the Town of West Hartford as of October 1, 2026. This revaluation is subsequent to the Town of West Hartford’s last revaluation as of October 1, 2021, pursuant to the requirements of Section 12-62 of Connecticut General Statutes.
