2026 Residential Life Dorm Projects - HVAC

Binghamton University is seeking a contractor to perform work withing the Brandywine Apartment complex (thirty (30) apartments, public lounges, and laundry room and the Choconut office space. The HVAC contractor will be responsible for working with/alongside other contractors underway within the same spaces during the course of the work.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Remove existing fin tube radiator covers, provide and install new fin tube radiator covers. Install two (2) new PTAC units in office space in Choconut. Unit, sleeves and grilles provided by the University.

Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
