Project Description: The Olathe Housing Authority (OHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for HVAC & Hot Water replacement in thirty (30) Public Housing Scattered Sites units. The engineering design for this work is complete and will be provided as part of the RFP. All work performed under this contract must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to, those issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
