Project Description: It is the intent of Fort Bend County to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor and supervision necessary to complete the demolition and clearing of one (1) CDBG-DR buyout property located in the County, as specified herein.
This project is being supported by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant, and Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements are attached to this opportunity.
Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations.
